BFSB's Helpdesk has been set up with the aim of efficiently and effectively addressing the our customers' needs in addressing problems encountered in their ERP systems. With the Helpdesk in place, resource allocation time to customer is dramatically reduced and the customer will receive the information and help they need quicker than ever before.

With 'personalized' support being offered, customers will be met with an improved experience that offers solutions to address all their support requests. With the flexibility of contacting BFSB through the various communication channels set up, the customer will always have easy access to our personnel.

The choices are as follows but not limited to :-
  1. : Online Support
    Customers may log an 'Issue' ticket online using our CRM Helpdesk Application.

  3. By Fax
    Customer may fax a CSOF to 03-56368495 anytime.
    Customer may download the "Consulting Service Order Form" (CSOF) from here or alternatively     request one by phone.
